Refund Policy

If you request a refund prior to the commencement of work on your project, we will refund 100% of your payment (with transaction charges deducted). In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a refund, and we will reimburse the remaining balance of your order.

Please be aware that any portion of the project already completed will not be eligible for a refund. Only the remaining balance will be refunded. Should you have a specific complaint necessitating a full refund, please submit a refund request, and we will assess it impartially.
